At Coaching for Success, we recognise that one particular group of people, sports people, need to have a well thought through 'gameplan' if they are to achieve the correct sport, life and work balance for them individually across the short, medium and long terms.

Regardless of their chosen sport or discipline, it is often the case that our sportsmen and women - who in many cases give their all for their team and country - find that their sporting careers are over in their late twenties, or all too frequently even earlier due to injury.

Far too many dedicated sports men and women (often including our top class sporting heroes) end their careers with no clear idea of what they will do next - and they can't all be the next Gary Lineker or Sue Barker with a seamless transition to the media. At Coaching for Success, we want to make sure that they will all be winners with their life and career plans firmly on track once their sporting careers are over or have peaked.
