Feedback

Whether it's in relation to your leadership style or your team working style often the start point is some form of 360 feedback.

This can be a real bugbear for some of us, especially if we didn't ask for the feedback in the first place! Our aim is to put you firmly in control of the whole process so that you decide what feedback you want and from whom.

There are a number of methods we could use:

  • Pre designed questionnaires accessed on a remote website which your nominees complete online
  • We design a questionnaire together which is then posted on a remote website for your nominees to complete online
  • We design an outline interview which I then conduct on your behalf with your nominees
