Q. What’s the difference between coaching and training? A. Training is all about learning some new information or skill but performing at your best depends on a lot more than just knowing how to do something. For one thing you need to have the right level of self belief in your abilities! As coaches we work with you at all levels – your beliefs, thoughts and emotions so that you can reach your full potential. Q. What’s the agenda for the coaching programme? A. We don’t have a pre-set programme as the agenda is yours (although we will help you clarify exactly what your agenda is!) A training course would operate to a pre-determined agenda but as coaches we work with you to clarify your goals and then do whatever it takes to achieve them. Q. How will we work together? A. We work over the ‘phone and face-to-face so you can choose the most convenient method. Normally telephone work is done over four 1 – hour sessions and face-to-face over a series of six 2-hour meetings. Q. Do you work with groups or teams? A. Yes we do.
